Artsakh State Revenue Committee informs that on March 29, 2023, according to the decision of Government the forth measure of alleviating socio-economic consequences of the Artsakh Republic is confirmed, which is aimed to assist business entities in the affected sectors of economy in order to maintain jobs and pay salary and other incomes as a result of blockade of the Republic of Arsakh caused by Azerbaijan. In particular, it was decided to provide two assistance programs: one-time grant and one-time monetary support.

One-time grant is intended for employers: for each employee the sum is 136000 AMD, and starting from the February 2023, if the income is less than the mentioned amount, the assistance will be according to the actual amount of income. One-time monetary support is intended for individual entrepreneurs in sum of 136000 AMD, in case of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs the sum is 68000 AMD. The business entities that broke special regulations and the responsible persons committed administrative proceedings are not eligible of the mentioned assistance programs according to N 70, February 13, 2023, and N147, March 10, 2023 decisions of Government of the Artsakh Republic. Taxpayers can represent an application from April 1 until April 30 inclusive, with the template posted on the official website http://dimum.tax.nk.am/.
