On June 25 the minister of finance of the Artsakh Republic Artur Harutyunyan received a group of representatives of the fund “School of Leadership”, headed by  Samvel Movsisyan.
The minister of finance presented the main directions of reforms, held the last years for improvement of business field in the Republic of Artsakh and the forthcoming programs on increase of investment appeal.
In his speech Artur Harutyunyan emphasized the importance of organization of such meetings, suggesting to participate in projects developing in Artsakh and as the first step in collaboration it was proposed to present opinions on the project “Conception of reforms of tax system” worked out by.
Thanking for reception the chairman of board of trustees of the fund “School of Leadership” Samvel Movsisyan emphasized the importance of cooperation of the ministry and the school expressing his readiness to participate in new projects.
During the meeting minister also answered the questions of the representatives of“School of Leadership”.
