Greeting the presents the minister of finance of the Republic of Artsakh Artur Harutyunyan thanked the audience for interest in the project and participation in its working out.
“No reform taken by the public not correctly can be successfully accomplished”-emphasized the minister in his speech adding that this concept will serve a guiding line for making systematic reforms in the next years.
Then there were presented the events planned by the concept and their aims which were followed by an active discussion.
The audience emphasized the importance of working out of the concept and it was proposed to reduce the number of some forms of tax accounts, to define the easiest conditions for taxpayers’ documents calculation and to implement electronic system of tax accounts in the shortest possible time.
At the end of the meeting it was decided to bring corresponding changes in the project concept, after which it will be submitted  to the government for approval.
