On August 23, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received the delegation of the ministry of finance of the Artsakh Republic headed by Arthur Harutyunyan.
During the first working meeting of the minister of finance there were discussed opportunities of usage in Artsakh of reforms taken in the system of state finance management by the RA ministry of finance including electronic system of state purchases, program financing, introduction of a new treasury system and other questions.
The both sides emphasized the importance of widening and deepening of cooperation for effectiveness and improvement of works.
