A delegation of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia headed by RA SRC Chairman Davit Ananyan was received in Artsakh.  The meeting between two structures was initiated within the framework of cooperation, the agenda of which was  the discussion of  various questions according to the tax sphere.
The minister of finance expressed his gratitude to counterparts for visit and emphasized that between two structures there was  achieved close collaboration in a number of directions such as the involvement of  workers of  the tax body of the Artsakh Republic in Armenian and  international training workshops, the presentation of professional opinions on legislative innovations, aiding in introduction and development of  information technology, revelation of tax infractions and information transfer, etc.
Then Artur Harutyunyan presented the package of legislative reforms planned for 2019, which was directed to reduction of small and medium-sized business tax burden in some spheres optimization of  rates and establishment of tax  pennies and fines. The chairman of RA SRC David Ananyan in his turn presented the basic legislative changes in the Republic of Armenia. Then the heads of the structural subdivisions participates in discussions on introduction of accumulative pensionary system in Artsakh , perfection of electronic control system. The same time taking into consideration the plans of introduction of the system of electronic accounts, there were organized discussions on software for usage of a single platform for exchange of information on tax accounts written out during deals between taxpayers of Armenia and Artsakh.
In the course of the meeting the parties agreed to take measures on disposal of  raised questions.
