By the decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh a new system of treasury accounts will be put into effect on January 1 2019, which will essentially simplify the process of payments to the state budget. Specifically, the list of revenue accounts for taxes, fees, and other budget payments will be reduced so that the payer will be able to find the type of payment you need. Only in terms of tax payments, their number has dropped four times.
