Seminars on Introduction of Changes in Tax Legislation were Started.

In order to raise awareness of taxpayers, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh regularly organizes seminars with taxpayers of the Republic. A number of such meetings, informing the taxpayers about the legislative amendments adopted at the end of the year, started on February 6.
The first meeting was held in Martakert, during which thee were presented the amendments made to the seven laws regulating tax legislation, as well as the law “On determination privileges of Tax and other Compulsory Payments” effective from January 1, 2019.
The changes are aimed at improving the business environment, especially in small and medium-sized businesses, improving taxation mechanisms, optimizing rates in some areas, and defining fines and penalties.
In the nearest future, according to the approved schedule seminars will also be held in the capital and other regions of the Republic.
