For the first quarter 2019 the sum of the inventory imported to the territory of the Republic of Artsakh accounted for 28.8 milliard dram, which went beyond the last year’s index by 2.6 miliard dram or by 10 percent. The sum of inventory exported from the territory of Artsakh for the same period was 21.8 miliard dram, which is 12.4 % few compared to 24.9 miliard drams in the same period last year.
The dominant part of export and import was carried out on Vardenis-Martakert and Goris-Stepanakert highways.
At the same time, 85.8 percent of exported goods were exported to Vardenis-Martakert highway and 13.9 % to Goris-Stepanakert highway. The share of imported goods in Vardenis-Martakert and Goris-Stepanakert highways makes 56.2 % and 43.4% of total imports, respectively.
