On June 14, at the plenary session of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Artskah Artur Harutyunyan presented the package of bills providing the introduction of the cumulative pension system in the Artsakh Republic, which was adopted by the parliament in the first reading.
At the suggestion of the Minister of Finance, the National Assembly passed a decision according to Article 75 (3) of the NKR “NA Rules of Procedure”, after the first reading of the law, establishing the deadline for submitting written proposals for the draft, up to June 24 (inclusive).
