Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Artsakh “On Funded Pensions”, introduced on July 1, 2019, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh has started the process of transferring social payments and state share of funded pension system participants, as well as personalized information on them, to the Registrar of Participants, on the basis of which first retirement shares have been issued.
As a result, participants of the funded component for which accumulated payments have been made already have individual retirement accounts on the Registrar of Participants in the Central Depository of Armenia. From now on the participant can find out at any time how much money has been accumulated in his account and how much additional income has been accrued on those funds.
Individual retirement accounts can be accessed at
www.tax.nk.am and
www.mss.nkr.am through the "Artsakh Pension System Participant's Individual Account" system with the help of an ID card and card reader.
If the participant of the funded system does not have an ID card and card reader, then he/she can get information about the pension account by visiting the account operator “Artsakhbank” CJSC by presenting a passport and social card.
Thus, the participants of the funded pension system were given the opportunity to monitor timely transfer and management of their funded contributions.
At the same time, we inform that we will continue our efforts to raise the awareness of funded pension system participants, thereby promoting confidence in the system.
