On September 7, 2019, the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Grigory Martirosyan, accompanied by Minister of Finance Arthur Harutyunyan and a number of ministry officials, visited the checkpoint “Mijnaberd” located at the new Karvachar-Vardenis highway.
Officials toured the area of the newly opened checkpoint, got acquainted with working conditions and service delivery, gave instructions on how to more efficiently organize work.
