On September 16 the Minister of Finance of the Artsakh Republic conducted a meeting with the workers of “Procurement support centre” State Non-Profit Organization.
In the course of the meeting the head of “Procurement support centre” State Non-Profit Organization Andranik Gasparyan and heads of other departments presented the results of work done during the eight months of 2019 and discussed the results of the new regulations in the sub-legislative acts of the public procurement sector during this year.
Highlighting the role of the public procurement system in the economy, the Minister emphasized the continuous work towards increasing the transparency of the procurement process, which will serve as a basis for the implementation of public oversight and confidence in the process.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister gave corresponding instructions to the responsible persons on the upcoming activities.
