On November 19 and 20, Artsakh Republic Minister of Finance Artur Harutyunyan has met in Yerevan with RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan and Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee David Ananyan. During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the integration of the financial and tax systems of the two Armenian states have been discussed. Then, working discussions have been held between the tax expert groups of Armenia and Artsakh, as a result of which the parties developed recommendations for resolving the existing problems.
