The Ministry of Finance of the Artsakh Republic and the Central Depository of Armenia are taking continuous steps to strengthen citizens' confidence in the funded pension system and increase the awareness of participants, which allows participants to monitor the timely transfer of their funded allocations and the effectiveness of management.
In particular, participants can obtain information on their pension accounts through the Account Operator ("Artsakhbank" CJSC) and the "Individual account of the participant of the funded pension system of Artsakh" system.
Another more affordable option has been added to these features: from now on, participants can check the balance of your personal retirement account through the "Artsakhbank CJSC" ATMs, as well as the history of the last 10 transactions made with your account.
To check the balance of your retirement account ATM you need to insert the card into the ATM, enter your personal code (PIN code), select the "Additional Services" command and then the "Retirement account excerption" command.
If the cardholder's public service number is not attached to the bank card, you should apply to the card servicing bank and present the public service number (social card), after which the service will be available.
