In order to ensure the uniformity and unity of the services provided to taxpayers and to improve their quality, by Order N 359 of the Minister of Finance of 18.12.2019 the tax authority has unified the standard of services provided to taxpayers and the types of services, terms of implementation and ways of providing them.
In particular, services provided by the tax authority to taxpayers include taxpayer registration, subtraction, signing of electronic reporting contracts, acceptance of reports, applications, declarations and other documents, notification of tax legislation, voluntary compliance with taxpayer obligations, refund of overpaid taxes and fees and a number of other functions.
