To the employers' notice:
According to the law On Making Amendments to the Law "On Minimum Monthly Salary" 19.12.2019, from January 1, 2020:
-The minimum monthly salary (excluding taxes, social payments, allowances, bonuses and other incentive payments) is set at 68.000 drams,
The minimum hourly rate for employees receiving wages and hourly wages (excluding taxes, social payments, allowances, bonuses, and other incentives) is set at:
- 405 dram for normal working hours (40 hours working week),
- 454 dram for short working hours (36 hours working week),
-  680 dram for short working hours (24 hours working week).
Based on the requirements of the above law, employers must adjust the salaries of their employees who work with them from January 1, 2020 and receive a minimum salary.
