During 2019 518.1 mln AMD payed by employees and private entrepreneurs have been transferred from the Republic of Artsakh to Insurance foundation for servicemen according to the law “On the compensation of loss of life or health of servicemen suffered during the defence of the Republic of Artsakh”.
Taking into account the fact that the date of applying to the Soldiers Insurance Fund for the return of the stamps paid in 2019 is approaching, we are informing you that the following persons may apply to the Fund for the return of a stamp payment or part thereof:
•    Persons who have paid more than one stamp payment,
•    the parents or spouse of the serviceman who is in the mandatory military service;
•    Parents, spouse and children of the deceased soldier.
