Dear colleagues, in connection with the election of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh as a deputy, I have been relieved of the post of Minister of Finance by presidential decree.
Leaving the post, I would like to express gratitude to all employees of the system, thanks to the daily and dedicated work of which it became possible to implement programs for the development of the system.
I thank all the taxpayers for working in a long and constructive atmosphere, for fulfilling their tax responsibilities responsibly and conscientiously, as a result of which it has been possible to implement many programs in defense, education, healthcare, and a number of other social spheres.
I would like to thank my colleagues in public administration and local self-government for mutual cooperation.
Dear colleagues, as a deputy of the National Assembly, I want to assure you that I will continue to serve my homeland with unshakable devotion for the realization of our noble ideas and the development of Artsakh.
Once again I want to express my gratitude to you for your dedicated and team work and to wish even more energy to reach new heights. I appreciate the path we traveled together. Be healthy and God help us.
