On February 23, in the Palace of Culture and Youth of Stepanakert, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Artsakh organized a seminar-discussion with the aim of informing taxpayers about the changes in tax legislation related to the military actions unleashed against the Republic of Artsakh on September 27, 2020, and their full implementation. During the seminar, the deputy chairman of the committee presented the laws "On the establishment of tax benefits due to hostilities", "On the establishment of benefits on tax and other mandatory payments" and changes made to a number of tax laws. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of active dialogue: taxpayers raised a number of issues related to the problems that arose in business as a result of military operations, to which the experts of the committee gave answers. Stressing the importance of developing and expanding business in the Republic of Artsakh, the deputy chairman of the committee assured that the committee is ready to react and be consistent in solving problems raised by taxpayers.
