The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Artsakh informs that delays in providing state support to non-state resident organizations and private entrepreneurs in the amount of income tax calculated and paid from wages and other equivalent payments established by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh dated January 18, 2021 N 9 are due to technical problems. In the next few days, the corresponding amounts will be transferred to the bank accounts of all beneficiaries. At the same time, we inform you that it is planned to amend this decision, providing an opportunity to take advantage of state support also to all those beneficiaries who did not submit the income tax calculation for January by February 22 or did not pay income tax at the same time. Based on the above, we urge all employers to submit income tax reports for January-February to the tax authority by March 22 inclusive and make payments within the same period.
