The Government of the Republic of Artsakh, by its decree N 244-A dated March 23, 2021, approved the "List of commercial organizations and private entrepreneurs exempted from fulfilling unpaid obligations on tax and other obligatory payments, which carried out actual activities exclusively in the communities that came under the control of Azerbaijan as a result of military actions." The list includes 521 taxpayers who were exempted from unpaid obligations on tax and other obligatory payments in the amount of 196,961.3 thousand AMD.
