The State Revenue Committee of The Republic of Artsakh has published the list of the first 300 largest taxpayers (commercial organizations and sole proprietors) and the amounts of taxes paid since the beginning of the financial year in accordance to the 30.1st article of the law “On taxes”.
During the first quarter of this year, the 300 largest taxpayers of the country paid 3,022.1 million drams in taxes, duties and other mandatory payments to the state budget, which makes 63.2% of the total state budget receipts.
Significant changes have been registered in the indexes of large taxpayers due to the damage caused by the war unleashed against the Artsakh Republic, the reduction of the volume of activities, as well as the change of rates.
Thus, in the first quarter of this year, 199 million drams of taxes, duties and other mandatory payments were paid by ‘Base Metals’ CJSC, the N 1 taxpayer of the republic, in the same period of the previous year - 3,311.0 million drams, which is conditioned by the latter's incomplete activity.
