Artsakh State Revenue Committee informs that all the taxpayers that don’t have internet connection due to the rolling blackouts in the Republic, can visit the study hall of the Committee; Tigran Mets 16, and those paying taxes in the regions of the Artsakh Republic can visit tax authorities of registration place and submit the calculation-reports or write out tax invoices from there.
