In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Artsakh "On compensation for damages caused to the life or health of servicemen during the defense of the Republic of Artsakh", for 2022, stamp duty payments in the amount of 1,542.5 million drams paid by hired workers and individual entrepreneurs were transferred to the Insurance Foundation for the Servicemen, which is an increase of about 27 percent compared to the previous year.

The Committee urges taxpayers to properly fulfill the stamp duty obligations, which are intended to ensure compensation for damages caused to the life and health of servicemen.
