State Revenue Committee of the Artsakh Republic informs that the seventh measure for alleviating socio-economic consequences of the blockade of the Republic of Artsakh caused by Azerbaijan was approved by the N 345-N of May 12, 2023 decision of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh, which is intended to support business entities operating in the affected sectors of economy in order to maintain jobs, pay salaries and other incomes. In particular, two programs of support were intended: one-time grant and one-time monetary support.

One-time grant is provided to employers in the amount of 136,000 AMD for each employee, and if the amount of income is less than the amount of March 2023, in the amount of the actual income.

One-time monetary support is provided to individual entrepreneurs in the amount of 136,000 AMD, and to individual entrepreneurs and legal persons paying patent fees in the amount of 68,000 AMD.

Those business entities who violated special regulations and were subjected to administrative liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses according to the established resolutions of the Artsakh Republic Government N 70-N of February 13, 2023 and N 147-N of March 10, 2023 from the date of receipt of assistance until the preparation of the order-specified payment instruction defined by the Government decision N 205-N of March 29, 2023, are not eligible of the mentioned assistance programs.

In order to receive one-time grant and (or) one-time monetary support, business entities can submit an application from May 18 to June 30 of the current year, using the form posted on the official website http://dimum.tax.nk.am/.
