According to the law of the Artsakh Republic “On the compensation of loss of life or health of servicemen suffered during the defense of the Republic of Artsakh” in the first quarter of 2023, 453,4 million drams of stamp duties paid by employees and individual entrepreneurs were transferred to the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen. Each employer or citizen can see the amount of stamp duty paid by him/her in the website of Insurance Foundation for Servicemen visting www.1000plus.am.
