Due to the situation of economy connected to the blockade of the Republic of Artsakh caused by Azerbaijan the process of full or partial suspensions by taxpayers has continued and thus the planned tasks of the state budget in terms of tax revenues and duties were not fulfilled. In particular, according to preliminary data, during January-February 2023, 4,023.9 million drams of tax revenues and duties were entered into the state budget of the Republic of Artsakh , which was 75.9 percent or 1,276.1 million drams less than the planned indicator of 5,300.0 million drams.

Compared to the same period of the previous year, the collected revenues were underachieved by 18.6 percent or 922.2 million drams were collected less.
