Consultation devoted to the summary of the tax authority’s activities, 2013 On March 12, 2014 there was organized a consultation devoted to the generalization of the activities done by the tax authority in 2013. The consultation was opened by the head of the service who presented the activities done in 2013 and the system achievements and outlined the main tasks to be done in 2014. First of all the head of the service touched upon the income writs of the state budget, 2013 controlled by the tax body presenting the reasons of plan tasks underfulfilment. Particularly the underfulfilment is due to the less recruited incomes than it was anticipated in mining field. Some mines (Maxavz’s coal, Kashen and Kovsakan’s mines) which should have been used in 2013, will be used in 2014 cause of which circulation of realization and tax liabilities adequate to it didn’t appear at tax payers of the field and accordingly they didn’t debit in the budget. Touching upon the reforms done in 2013 the head of the service especially marked the importance of the progress registered by the system in the information technologies’ field. Particularly in 2013 electronic current forms of registration application and income tax were worked out and from January 1, 2014 the first time they were used, there was formed a tax payer’s personal study part the help of which tax payers can see data referring to their organization, get acquainted with the report delay and other notifications on line regime. Referring to legislative reforms undertaken in 2013 it was marked that like all the legislative changes of these years, they are directed to the stable, fair and competitive field formation for business environment, redtape mitigation and security of tax payer’s benefits. Progress was also made in control activities and in taxpayer-tax authority relations.
Introducing the tasks of 2014, the head of the service marked that as a landmark having the priority directions announced since 2008 there will be continued the existing administrative mechanisms and system’s improvement combining them with human resource governing system as well as information technologies infrastructure continuous improvement.
The heads of the structural divisions with their reports presented the activities done by their subdivisions and the activities to be done in 2014.
