Information about the process of discussing the tax disputes

For the information of the economic subjects, the state tax service reminds of the existence of the tax body appeal commission in the higher tax body which has an aim to solve either the problems connected with tax body or tax worker’s activities and  inaction or  the tax disputes. The commission guarantees an impartial, fair and subjective discussion of the complaints submitted by the economic subjects in order to protect their interests as well as the solution of the problem according to prescribed manner of the NKR legislation. The meetings of the appeal commission are open, the representatives of the mass media can participate in the meeting, too.
