The workers of the  operative investigation department detected one more case of illegal enterprise. From the 12th of March of this year Grigoryan Arutyun, a citizen of NKR (Stepanakert, Hekimyan 10/5) organized a billiard club without registration and being accounted in the tax body. Because of the illegal enterprise in the mentioned period the citizen Grigoryan was written out a fine and his business was stopped till the fulfillment of the corresponding demands.
