On October 30, 2017 Arthur Harutyunyan was appointed  Fist Deputy Minister of Finance of the Artsakh Republic and relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of Finance according to the decision of Government of the Artsakh Republic.
Norayr Avanesyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance according to another decision of Government.
