Beside improvement of the quality of services to tax payers, ministry of finance  constantly follows the development of skills and professional and ethical standards. For this purpose the ministry  periodically organizes training courses and briefings with tax service workers.The tax body personnel also participate in different international conferences and seminars. Another  group of training courses began today by the order of the minister of finance, in which 68 staff members carrying the function of tax payer service and control works take part. Seminars include the following  themes ‘’Tax and duty account’’, ‘’ Tax inspections and control’’, ‘’Responsibility for tax violation and collection of tax duties”, “Information technologies in tax body” and “Accounting and financial reporting standards”.
Different questions according to a common approach  in the process of service and control of taxpayers are also discussed  with participants.
At the end of the seminar participants’ knowledge will be checked by means of tests on training programm.
